The Forge Induction Kit to suit the i30N is designed to route cooler air more directly into the engine, using a huge 102 mm diameter CNC mandrel bent alloy pipe. Airflow is also improved by adding a high-flow, high-efficiency air filter in place of the more restrictive factory air filter. The intake diameters and pipework on these air intakes have been carefully tuned to provide exactly the correct quantity of air and feed the turbo without interruption.

The Forge Turbo Inlet Adapter does away with the i30N’s restrictive factory inlet pipe. The Forge Motorsport Blow-Off Valve is for the i30N utilises an unrivalled design that uses a boost-to-side entry on the valve to prevent the valve from lifting under high or low boost applications. The advantage of this eliminates the need to change the valve’s internal spring rate to a higher tension when tuning the vehicle.
